Laggy

At first I thought this app wasnt working or my NFC was broken but I realized it is just that the app is EXTREMELY slow. If you are having problems. Uninstall and reinstall, log in, and just wait for the whole thing to load on that screen. It took mine about a minute.

album doesn’t save

i got baekhyuns essence of reverie kkuru jam nfc album and when i scan the album in the app, it will not load or save. i’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, i scanned it many times but it won’t load.

Audio doesn’t work

I purchased Taemin’s Ephemeral Gaze. I scanned the QR code and followed all instructions but the audio on both videos do not work. The video itself plays fine but no audio. I tried to look for a support email or website but it led me to an error page. I hope this review reaches the right person and someone reaches out to me to correct,otherwise I only have a video with no sound and spoken word subtitles. I cannot get the full experience without audio.
