Can’t access my account
I’ve been trying for now more than A WEEK to connect. The chat is useless and even calling customer service and they can’t figure out what’s wrong. I get errors. Went to my local store and they said to wait for the next app update. Seriously! Trash.

It wastes time to have to use an inefficient AI system that takes longer to respond and often makes mistakes when you could just press a button before or talk to a live person. Stuff like this is what makes me consider switching carriers to a better company.
