Doesn’t care about cancer patients
Quantum Health is the lowest of the low in healthcare coverage. They care nothing about taking care of patients and do their best to make any healing journey difficult and full of stress by denying doctor’s orders and denying claims. This is so sad that people who are not attending physicians get to deny claims and not be held accountable for their cruelty.

App & Website Don’t Work
I haven’t been able to access my work benefits for over 6 months now. App has an error and tried logging into website from 2 different browsers and got nowhere. According to Chrome: “you cannot visit ******benefits.com right now because the website sent scrambled credentials that Chrome cannot process.” Absolutely the worst healthcare administrative service I’ve ever had.
