SAFE SPACE
Come as you are. There’s no need for lotus pose or staying composed. This is a space where you can let it all go. Do Wombat in your pjs, at your desk, in your car or at the beach. Ahhh, much better. Breathe better, feel better.
DAILY TENSION
Dealing with stress can sometimes feel like navigating a storm. It's a part of our lives that can be tough to handle, often spiraling into anxiety, and in intense moments, leading to sensations of panic. Stress, with its roots in our daily challenges, can build up over time, creating a persistent sense of worry or unease - that's anxiety.
DISSOLVING TENSION
This anxiety can occasionally peak into panic, bringing about intense waves of fear. But remember, it's important to understand that these feelings of stress, anxiety, and panic are all manageable.
