SAFFRON-Clarity

Clarity is a mobile and web application from Saffron Labs that is use by patients to manage surveys that are assigned to them by their provider. It is also use by patients to give their provider consent to share the information gathered via the surveys. Via the clarity application the patient can view all surveys that were assigned to them by their provider(s), respond to the survey and view all answers provided. The patient also have the ability to view all consent given, any decisions that were made such as promotions to health concerns or problems with interventions or referrals to Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to provide care.
