I provide online coaching for people into physique development, bodybuilding and generally wanting to get into shape on a monthly basis, with people checking in once a week. This includes me writing all their nutrition, training and supplementation plans. This App will be so that they can track all data needed for my to do their check ins, log their workout and diet plans and uploaded and other necessary information.
