About Implementome

The Implementome provides a multidimensional and evolutive knowledge base of people, projects, publications, evaluations, lessons learned, and evidence related to digital health implementation. Based on a formal ontology and structured terminologies, the tool can be explored and enriched both by humans and by AI-enabled automated processes. The main goals of the Implementome are to better connect actors active in the digital health field to mobilize their expertise and know-how, to encourage and facilitate collaborative processes, to potentially inform and facilitate decision-making for stakeholders in the field, and to provide a continuous overview of the global digital health ecosystem.

Digital transformation in healthcare is very challenging, and as of today, it is not easy to prove how digital health solutions can really have an impact on health outcomes. Our evidence-based approach is trying to close this gap by providing through our tool the necessary knowledge, guidance, connection, and necessary collaboration to help any implementers. The long-term goal is to unlock the full potential of digital health for efficient, equitable, and high-quality health systems by using this future one-stop shop for digital health implementation: Implementome.
