Lack Luster
The app seems to work but loosing all previous reward points is lame especially for long time customers. Things you could have done. 1. Notified people of upcoming app changes and allow opportunity to use rewards. I was told if I added my phone number to app that I get my rewards and that was in fact not the case. 2. Since you are using the app to track purchases then you should have employees ask for app details to earn whatever you changed the rewards to. Also consider adding the ability to use receipts if app is not utilized at purchase.
