Nearby Connect

Nearby is a cross platform file sharing application that makes it super easy to connect and transfer files from and to Android. It does not consume mobile or wifi data, however both device needs to be connected to the same wifi or the same mobile hotspot in other for the devices to be visible to each other, but it does not consume data.
