It’s’ user friendly with a very helpful team. It’s fun and motivating having the checklist on my phone! The daily core workouts are just great! Especially the burnout method. I do so much better and stay consistent when I have a video to follow along. And this app provides that. I wanted to buy this app when it first came out well over a year ago. However, I said I wouldn’t do that until they offered a lifetime opportunity. And now they do! So I jumped on it, and am glad I did! I joined the MTF program back when it was just a PDF version. And it worked! My ab separation closed. I do not have a gap there anymore! I’m still on a journey to eat well and to exercise regularly, so I bought the app. My tummy is noticeably tighter since doing the core workouts with Camille for the past 4 weeks. Woohoo!
