I have been smoking heavy for 3 years. At first it was to mask the stress in my life but then slowly overtime it’s all I craved. If I wasn’t high I was miserable. I got used to be numb. Feeling nothing in life is dangerous. I lost drive and motivation to, live life to its fullest. I started getting sick every morning in what they call, “scrommiting”. My body was fighting against it but my craving for the high was too strong. One day I found this app. It breaks down each milestone giving you something to look forward to. I’m 6 days clean and I have never felt better. Here’s to the journey !
