Hawai‘i Executive Collaborative (HEC) serves as a convener and provides backbone support to advance the collaborative work of CEOs and top decision makers from different sectors to help build a more resilient economy and state. Every HEC member is actively engaged and focuses their collective energy and resources where immediate and systemic changes will benefit Hawai‘i and the world.
HEC has adopted three focus areas: climate repair, sustainability, and adaptation; housing for all; and learning communities with its Rediscovering Hawai‘i’s Soul initiative serving as the foundation for this synergetic and collective work – supporting the preservation and perpetuation of Hawai‘i’s Soul and resilient communities. HEC utilizes the Hawai‘i Community Foundation’s CHANGE framework to organize cross-sector partnerships and execute an action-oriented approach to driving change in Hawai‘i.
