Mobile App
Why aren’t all of the features available on the iOS app? I should be able to do everything on the app as well, otherwise, it’s useless.

Absolutely terrible
Crashes constantly when opening any issue. Switched to using the web app

Used to be 5 stars until they reimplemented Liquid Glass
The new tab bar is laggy, glitchy, and feels incongruous with iOS 26 design, in spite of the failed attempt to mimic it. To your engineering leadership: stop trying to be fancy in order to justify blog posts and work with the tools you already have.

Missing features
Creating a project and adding a new issue to that project is impossible unless you select the project first, which doesn’t show up until you force quit the app. Also, even after that, the project doesn’t show up when trying to create a general ticket from the team page

Buggy App, Loses Data
The desktop and web Linear experiences are good, but the iOS app is not. Instead of inline editing of issue text that syncs automatically, editing an issue requires opening a separate dialogue, and the results are not saved until you upload it. I’ve lost so much data because of this, especially when I have a spotty connection, like on the subway, or when navigating away and reopening the app. Sometimes the upload button just times out, and you have to pray that your work didn’t just get deleted. Editing issues should be as reliable and fault tolerant as Apple Notes. There’s no offline support at all, unlike the desktop app. If you’re using Linear Mobile to organize your work during a commute, prepare for a frustrating and painful experience. Linear devs: make content editing inline, save drafts, and add offline support. Losing user content is never acceptable.
