About Chess Widget
HOW IT WORKS
1. Add the Chess Widget to your Home Screen
2. Every day a new puzzle will appear right on your Chess Widget
3. To solve a chess puzzle, tap into the widget, make the right moves, and then a new puzzle appears on your Home Screen again
Game Mode
1. Choose in Settings to play with AI, skill level, side to play and play
2. Your game will also be on the home screen!
History Mode
1. Select a player, year, and debut in the settings
2. Historical game will also be on the home screen!
3. Watch and analyze tens of thousands of games by famous chess players, from 1610 to the present day
NEW Board Editor Mode
1. Choose pieces and set them up on the board
2. Analyze and search for the best move or play directly from this position
No internet needed, solve thousands of puzzles, analyze historical games, and play against the computer anywhere!

Not playable
For some reason it’s not playable? Who would want this just for the image of a chess board? You could get way better way cooler looking chess boards in many different scenarios as an imagine on google and use that as your widget. Since it’s unplayable I don’t see a reason to ever need this app

Awesome, but…
Would love if we could just interact with the chess board on the Home Screen. There’s another chess app that does that, but unfortunately no puzzles. Don’t like how it has to open the app. Other than that, love it!
