Nearly there getting to your glow up? After completing the first two stages, this stage guides you to burn that stubborn remaining fat through using weights to complete your body transformation.

It’s hard constantly eating healthy food day in, day out and sticking to it as life throws you a lot of food temptations – our #EarnItThenBurnIt programme lets you set targets to work towards a treat whether it be a special occasion, a work outing or you just fancy a big slice of cake; you can set yourself a daily countdown to that treat which encourages you to earn that treat and then gives you the ‘pick me up’ to burn that treat afterwards. Then, set another countdown to your next treat and REPEAT!
