Mobility: Samm is trained as a yoga instructor, functional range conditioning mobility specialist and animal flow instructor. This training is imperative for helping clients move well and without pain. Samm’s method places mobility training as the most important component for achieving long term success and feeling healthy and strong in our bodies.
Strength: Samm is a certified National Association of Sports Medicine trainer and worked as an Equinox Tier 2 personal trainer for several years. She knows how to develop a strength training protocol that helps clients feel stronger, more empowered and more confident in the world.
Conditioning: Samm's first love in the fitness world was conditioning and cardio. After teaching thousands of group fitness classes in gyms across Los Angeles, she has developed the perfect blend of challenging, silly and time efficient conditioning classes to help you fall in love with cardio instead of dreading it.
