At Chilo’s, food is our DNA with the goal of serving a family style menu of tasty, bold flavoured food. We make sure everything we produce is to the highest standard and best quality. Each item on the menu is made to order, right in front of our customers in our open kitchen. Our desire to serve mouth-watering perfection and never cut corners which will quickly set us apart from the crowd. We believe our menu will make us the number one choice for any burger obsessed diner. Each item on our menu is individually designed to give maximum flavour. Chilo’s is the place to be because of its cool urban decor, extravagant menu and most of all we are passionate about the quality of our food as all our meat is fresh, never frozen - all locally sourced from the UK. We only use grass-fed and free-range certified Prime Aged Aberdeen Angus chuck Beef for our premium smashed Burgers. And our fresh chicken is marinated for 24 hours in our Portuguese peri peri marinade then steam cooked and flame grilled to order in your chosen flavour. All our sauces are thoroughly tried & tested until we’ve got them just right so it hits the perfect spot!. The Chilo’s story started when a man had a childhood dream to open his own food place with a strong passion for a unique creative menu, impressive surroundings and exceptional service. The lack of quality food encountered during the founder experience around Glasgow encouraged him to continue in making his dream a reality. After having explored the UK food scene for past few years and seeing the growing trend of diners wanting to know where their food comes from, how it is prepared and the story behind it, we settled on the concept of Chilo’s!
