About Owls Strobe Light by Someone
Though this is a stroboscope app, it's specifically designed to work with the 'phenakistascope' artworks by Someone for her album Owls. If you don't have the album you can buy it here: https://www.someoneswebsite.com/shop
-- INSTRUCTIONS --
1. Place a single phenakistoscope on your turntable and set the speed to 45rpm!
2. Make sure your room is as dark as possible. Close your curtains, switch off all the lights.
3. Point your phone's flashlight at the disc and press the button. You can tweak the speed of the light with the slider to change direction of the animations.
