This app is a disaster. It constantly logs me out. Twice this week, alone, I’ve been logged out of my account without my consent. And, on multiple occasions before this week, I’ve been similarly logged out and forced to find a code in my email to log back in to this app simply to take an elevator in my own building. I set up my account over a month ago, but this keeps happening. Please let users stay logged in. Additionally, the app malfunctions when unlocking the elevators. It takes multiple attempts to unlock the elevator to gain access to my unit. Also this app does not unlock the door to my unit. I am forced to use a separate app (Latch) for my unit’s door. I don’t think tenants should need two apps to access their unit. Overall, requiring me - a tenant - to use a malfunctioning app to unlock the doors to the building and my unit is impeding my right to have free access to my leased space. And, since I am required to use a phone app, accessing my apartment is dependent on both owning a smart phone and the state of charge of the smartphone battery. If, for instance, the smartphone battery is depleted, the tenant is unable to freely access their apartment. That would not happen if tenants were given a physical key or even a fob. I am concerned the app’s malfunctions and the exclusive use of the app to enter my unit violates my rights as a tenant
