Ticka is a mobile application that captures a user's health data from their smartwatch or wearable to provide a wellness score known as the Ticka Index.
The app provides the user with a daily Ticka Index, a wellness score that uses biometric data including resting heart rate, breathing rate and temperature.

The user’s health data is collated through a 3rd party API or SDK that integrates with either the Health app or the wearable provider.
For Apple devices Ticka uses the Apple HealthKit for synchronisation and maintaining the user’s privacy and control.
