My account was suspended due to a false rider complaint. The passenger requested a direct trip outside the booking, which I agreed to. However, the passenger later denied it, and the company withheld my payment. Despite sharing complete in-car video recordings to prove the truth, the company still ruled against me, relying only on the rider’s false statement.
