Close2mi offers one type of subscription for Service Providers. Free trail for new customers and then charges £9.99 monthly for the standard service.
Standard Service after initial 3 months - £9.99 monthly
Close2mi provides services for service users at no cost, for service providers Close2mi app offer free trails to for the first 3 months and thereafter charge £9.99.
At the end of the free trial, the service providers will need to purchase the monthly subscription. The subscription shall automatically renew on monthly basis unless either party gives the other written notice of termination. Written notice shall be served in the 30 day window ending 30 days immediately before the expiry of the current term.
Payments and Renewal:
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings at any time after purchase
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
Age Requirement:
We have a policy that service providers must be at least 18 years old to comply with legal and safety requirements. Therefore, the date of birth field helps us ensure that only eligible individuals can register as service providers.
