The SimpliField mobile application is the visiting companion of the field and store teams. It enables them to achieve brand objectives in all stores:
• The visiting companion: the team can access their checklists directly in the SimpliField application, accompanied by photos and tips to help them perform perfectly.
A checklist can be ad hoc (example: product launch) or permanent (example: competitive watch report).
• Store ID: each team member accesses all stores within its perimeter ( sorted by geographic distance). Each store has a dedicated page with all the relevant key information: checklists available, photos taken in the store, latest activities and statistics.
Intuitive reporting tool: report templates are available for all types of checklists, whether for merchandising, in-store maintenance or a one-time operation. They can be filled at any time, offline, with just a few clicks.
• Real-time collaboration: On each checklist, the field team can receive feedback from their manager directly in the application. This allows you to optimize ongoing operational execution in each store.
• Monitoring and analysis: For each SimpliField checklist, the team obtains a 360° view with all reports completed by the team and a contextualized photo gallery. Each report has a score so that everyone can easily compare their results to the average network score.
