unreliable app
I had terrible experience using the app. It frequently looks itself and you have to log into the app to unlock it every time. Unfortunately the APP once had problem connecting to the scooter so I was locked out forever. I had to call my friend to pick me(and the locked scooter) up from middle of the nowhere and therefore missed an important meeting

Scooter never came
I ordered two weeks ago, my order is still “processing” I ordered accessories AFTER I ordered the scooter, they came. My scooter order has been ignored for 2 weeks, and I’m still stuck getting uber to and from work.
