Some awesome optical illusions to play tricks with your mind and body. It can help you focus your mind, but is also fun to play with.
* Turn off all the lights and stare at HypnoPhone. Then quickly turn the lights on, the room will spin!
* Stare at any rotating illusion for 30 seconds, then look at the back of your hand, it will look like bugs are crawling around!
* Spin around 10 times then look at any static illusion.
* Use the watch to try and put someone into Hypnosis.
