User Unfriendly & Limited Benefits
1. Too many redundant security checks and repeated re-logins when switch menu. 2. The app shows up to 5 recuse per year. But their system says only up to 3. They would not honor what the app shows. The customer service manner was bad. They refused to honor the fourth rescue. You don’t get what you pay for. Not worth joining the club.
