About Gold Strike Deluxe

"I honestly can't think of another game I got this much bang for the buck out of."

"I've had this game on my phone for a couple of years, and it's the only game I keep."

"This is one of those games where when you look at it - you know it is going to be addictive."

Gold Strike, the popular Web-based action/puzzle game has been around for more than a decade and has been played by millions. Now it you can play it on your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad!

You are miner who has struck gold! But the mine is unstable. Remove gold by finding groups of blocks as tremors fill the mine up.

This is a super-charged deluxe version with four bonus game variations:
• Bottomless Pit: One level that keeps going until the mine fills up.
• Strategy: Blocks only advance manually or when you remove some gold.
• Dynomite: Use explosions to get to higher levels.
• Archeology: Find 30 artifacts before the mine fills up.

Great game

There is no need to pay extra for levels. Just a good old fashioned game. Fun, entertaining, and no need to waste your money. One time purchase well worth the price.

OK game

They asked me to review again. I find that I agree with myself ( see comment below). Make the startup music optional so I never have to hear it again and I can give it another star. I enjoy this low key game and win the artifacts mode often enough to keep playing. Usually the pattern will permit the player to remove the game pieces to score. There are few chance set ups that prevent wins. So, it feels like a fair game. The colors are bright and make interesting patterns. My only complaint is the obnoxious music. You can turn it off to play, but you have to be quick to avoid it on startup.
