Won’t log in too many bugs
Don’t try it, stick with a company that has systems that work. It took me hours to try to get tickets and get this app to work and the log in screen on the app is completely unresponsive. This companies online and application interfaces simply don’t work with Apple products. Recommend going with someone else

30 years with Asiana and website has only gotten worse!
I spent an hour trying to complete my ticket purchase due to your website issues and payment app downloads, etc. After 5 failed tries, I used your app to complete my purchase. Ridiculous and shameful. My 30 year flight history will soon be coming to an end. I can only pray my experience with Korean Air will be better.
