Locations are always dirty or musty. Saunas always packed or have someone pouring their essential oils on the equipment that explicitly states do not pour any liquids over. People will take pictures of you inside the locker rooms and the staff will not do anything about it. Even when you describe the person, point them out and are on la fitness surveillance their staff does nothing about things like that or about getting harassed by other members. They will continue to charge your card if you miss a payment due to any financial situation you may be in- they simply do not care. They will keep calling and trying to charge your card until they secure a payment. Some locations have become so segregated it is basically just 1 race of people that go to that gym and they harass and belittle any and everyone who is not like them. Gyms purposely play music at unnecessary loud volume. Their music is louder than sound blocking headphones. Most locations are always hot and musty as if the staff pays for hvac services. They hire the most unethical people to represent la fitness. All influencer types with 0 brain activity. Do not care if you were a member for 10 years or 1 day. No incentives, discounts, promotion or anything remotely close after years of loyalty to a place that lets people take sexual advantage of you. Ran by brain dead influencers and Jeffery Epstein type of individuals who 1 rob u blind and 2 let people SEXUALLY HARASS YOU. Will 100% be filing a lawsuit against La fitness after almost a decade of commitment. Absolute garbage humans. 100% scammers. Trash humans. Garbage locations.
