MyFax subscription details:
$12.99 (USD) per month. Includes 300 combined inbound and outbound fax pages monthly. Subscription will automatically renew monthly until you cancel. Once you complete your in-app purchase, your subscription fee will be charged through your iTunes account. Manage your subscription and turn off auto renewal in your iTunes account. Monthly subscription will renew automatically unless your subscription is canceled through your iTunes account and auto-renew is turned off 24-hours before the end of the current period. Accounts will be charged $12.99 for monthly renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. No cancellation of the current month allowed during the active subscription period.

Used to work great! Now it is useless
This used to work great with no issues. Now when you click on the myfax app it just wants you to create a new account. There is no way to log in at all. The phone number to customer support is disconnected: also they wont answer your question in chat or email. When these people hear the concern and dont know what to do- their solution is to end the chat. THREE TIMES THIS HAPPENED. Still have no answer. Absolute disgrace! This app isnt worth it for free. Do yourself a favor and use any other app in existence. Not this one

awful update!
The new update makes the app horrendous to deal with! Half the time when I go to open up a fax it’s showing up blank. As I try to clear my fax, once you delete one fax the whole app becomes unusable and freezes and you need to exit and reopen it every single time. So difficult to deal with.
