Promo code system doesn't work — and they won't fix it
Downloaded the app specifically because they promoted a promo code that required app installation. Applied the code at checkout and the total showed $417. Completed the purchase. Then discovered I was actually charged $461.42 and the promo code silently failed. Contacted customer service. Agent confirmed the code conditions were met and their system failed to apply it. His exact words: "the condition is match, however, it is not applied." Despite admitting it was their system error, they refused a partial refund. They only offered a replacement code that requires another purchase to use. So to get back the $44 their system took from me, I have to spend more money on their platform. That's not a resolution. The app itself works fine. But if your checkout system can silently overcharge customers and your customer service won't correct it, that's a serious trust issue.

Do not sell on this app
Vestiaire hides the that price your item actually sells for and what cut they take. The said my item was “defective” at the hub because it lacked a content tag. When I requested a return they declared the item way higher than it actually sold for and did not declare the item properly so that it incurred import duties (even though it was a return). They keep trying to take my item and keep it at their hub instead of return it to me (to sell it for god knows what). They refuse to cover the duty that resulted in their mistake on improper customs declaration. As a company solely responsible for inspecting items and shipping them internationally, I expect better. Save your money, energy, and time. Do not use this app.
