The app is your mobile passport to the world of enaio®: the ideal digital platform with which to manage information and business processes at your company. Now, you have access to up-to-date documents, relevant information, workflows, and other notifications, no matter where you are.
Being one of today's knowledge workers, enaio® lets you access knowledge, share it with others, and make decisions even when you are on the move. With this app your ECM system goes with you wherever you go, for example when you are on a business trip, at customer meetings, or when carrying out servicing. And with complete security, because data is only transferred when necessary and always in encrypted form.
How does the app work?
Usability first: this app offers comfortable, high-performance access to your ECM system. All functions can be reached directly via the perspectives of the tab bar:
- Inbox for subscriptions, follow-ups & workflows
Subscriptions provide you with updates on documents and processes in accordance with your requirements. In the inbox you have access to this notification and to follow-ups.
- History
Looking for the files you most recently processed? You'll find them under "History"!
- Saved queries for the document inventory
Whether info on the customer master record, special project information or ongoing contracts: saved queries make it easy to view and use your information pool.
- Full text search
With enaio® you have access to the entire set of company knowledge. The full text search makes the process of finding information in the ECM system simple, quick, and clear.
- Document entry functions
The enaio® app is a high-value part of your document administration. Want to enter information on the move and incorporate it into the ECM system? No problem! You can photograph documents, scan visitor cards, and more besides.
- Offline mode
With this app you do not need to be online to be productive: you can also view and edit information and workflows offline at any time.
How can you use the app?
Use of the enaio® app provides free-of-additional-charge access to the OPTIMAL SYSTEMS ECM system as of Version 7 or higher (applies to ANSI systems only). Right from the start you are able to access a demo system provided by OPTIMAL SYSTEMS. Access data is preconfigured. If you wish to use the app in connection with your existing ECM system, please contact OPTIMAL SYSTEMS.
When using the demo system, please remember that the data you enter (e.g. images, documents) is also visible to other users of the demo system. OPTIMAL SYSTEMS GmbH cannot be held liable for third-party content. All data in the demo system is deleted by us on a daily basis. OPTIMAL SYSTEMS cannot be held liable for the loss of data. Requests for early deletion will not be granted.
