Okay-ish
App freezes/glitches with some frequency. You’d think if you clicked on an email it would take you to the app and not a web page, right? Also could be stronger on explain benefits. And please don’t tell me I may owe $7000+ on something. Somewhere along the way someone should inform me whether they’ll pay for in network office visits or not. Please coordinate better with my primary insurance.

App Keeps Freezing
Not at all pleased with this app. Can never get it to open. For the money I pay a month, I would expect an app that’s available for use.
