For the longest time the app has been great, but for the past few months its really gone down hill. To start, the log in screen just goes blank. Its hard to describe, i can still log in but i cant see anything im typing. Sometimes I cant load my accounts so I have no idea how much money i have and am afraid to spend any. Just now i tried to do a mobile deposit for a check i have but after i got my photos ready it never presented me with any option to submit them. I’ll try logging in on a different phone but i shouldnt have to do this. Its been 6 months since this app got an update, which makes me think you all dont care about this app or are making extremely slow progress getting updates out. This app needed probably 3 over the amount of time it hasnt gotten one. Nothing about RCB is conveinent anymore. Where you all have your locations sucks, your app sucks, and where/how you can spend your money sucks. I know this review will fall on deaf ears, but im highly considering changing banks if nothing changes. No point in sticking with a bank that provides 1/3 of the services other banks do.
