They’re back and trying to say they’re not a scam

I had this app about a decade ago. After trying it out a few times, I ended up buying a bunch of credits (don’t remember exactly how many, maybe around 20 or so). As soon as I did this, a couple postcards took literal MONTHS to arrive and then most of them just never showed up. Suddenly, now about ten years later, I start getting emails from them about how they’re under new management, and when I asked their customer service if they’d be able to replace lost credits/credits that were used on cards that were never printed, they won’t do that, and they won’t even offer a sample card or two to prove that the service works. I wish I could completely delete my account so they stop using my personal info for their marketing.

I used this app back in the day and it was pretty good. I see they are back and I wish them well. I changed my location in the app to USA but it will still only give me prices in English pounds. One postcard is about three pounds, which is an utterly absurd price, but maybe postage in England is expensive. There is also some sort of credit system where credits correspond to pounds, but not to the cost of sending. It’s confusing and seems set up for you to always have lingering credits in your account. Based solely on the price, I will not be using this version of the app. And there seems to be no way for me to delete my account. I wish them the best, but I’ll pass.

My friend never received my card. I wrote this company in the feedback section of the app and also emailed them and never got a response. This is a scam. This app is fraud do not use.

This is a company based in the U.K., and NOT a good choice for the USA user. The postcards take weeks to arrive. I sent several to myself to verify the time. I thought the quality of the printing is very poor, from my very sharp photos. The only redeeming factor I can say is that their cardstock is thick. I do not recommend this app for anyone in the USA or Canada.
