Bad online shopping experience
I bought a watch on the app, and the logistics waiting time was extremely long. The courier also lost my courier, and the app couldn't report the receipt status. It wasn't until I wrote an email feedback and waited a week to be told that the refund would be returned. Because I didn't use a Thai bank card, I was told that I must have a Thai bank card to get a refund. Such a big company, but the shopping app is so rubbish! I don't recommend using this app for shopping.
