The app does not work effectively and needs to be improved.

Great company but terrible app
This app is terrible. Doesn't respond to prompt, freezes, automatically logs users out, unresponsive, put the phone down for two seconds and you have to reboot everything and start a fresh search. It's inexplicably poor. I really like doing business with PC Richard, but not using their app.
