App constantly freezes and will not let me log in.
Seems like every month the app just will not log in, freezing on the very first loading screen. Without even bringing me to a login prompt. Absolutely infuriating and useless. More often than not even a hard restart of my phone does nothing.

App always Broken
App is constantly broken. Not able to log in. "Somethings up on our end. Please try again soon". Pretty ridiculous it's been a few days of this. Might change banks due to the great inconvenience. App also constantly changes how it shows joint, chequing and saving accounts. So if you don't know every account number off by heart you will have no clue what account you're using. The app was designed great about 6 years ago. It's been all downhill.

Constant crushing
Always says “something is up on our end” or “we are trying hard to fix. How about actually fixing? One day the app and tech issues will be what drivers people away from this bank. Whoever uses this app in Canada should know what I’m talking about. Worst banking app out there easily

Sick of 2 month old updates and upselling ads as I try to navigate the app. Give it a break.
