You guys officially suck. There’s no way to open an account. There’s no way to get a new number. There’s no way to port in an old number. You don’t know how an eSIM works. Quit burning turf and get a solar panel or something.

Not functional with screen readers for blind people.
This application does not work well, for blind people, using screen readers. It is unusable on both my Sony phone, containing my Irish SIM card, and Apple iPhone. Many pages crash entirely, and state that something went wrong, please try again. or, they appear to load for a moment, but appear blank, with screen readers. Therefore, there is no content which one can listen to. Then, the page crashes and states that something went wrong, please try again. Screenshots of this problem would not help you, as with screen readers, you are listening to what is being read aloud on the page. I was attempting to save a card to pay with, to my account. But cannot do it and cannot look at many other aspects of my account with this application. The only ways for me to pay my bill, are to call in, or use the website. Beyond frustrating! If someone contacted me directly, I’d be happy to assist in helping this application to function better for blind people.
