NO support
We have had no working phones in our office for over a month, which is completely unacceptable for a business phone provider. Vonage has been unable to resolve the issue despite multiple calls and support tickets. When we can get through to someone, they are unable to fix the problem, and we are sent in circles with no resolution. Reliable communication is critical for any business, and Vonage has failed us entirely. We are losing time, productivity, and credibility with our clients because of their lack of support and follow-through. I would not recommend Vonage Business to any company that depends on their phones to operat
