Terrible App
We switched to Southern Bank due to great offers; but their app is the most awful experience. Constantly logging me and my husband out, locking us out. We nearly have to reset our password each time we open it. Needed to be in online statements, app told us we were. The bank branch made us go in person just to tell us we were correct and they had to submit a ticket to fix it. It’s just always something with this dang app!

Awful
The latest update I cannot even make a mobile check deposit because it will not take a picture of my check. And of course Southern Bank has such limited access, that NOW I have to go to the bank in order to make a deposit. And of course nobody seems to know how to fix this problem so we're just gonna leave it here for the Devs to get working on it. Actually tried to contact someone through chat through the app and they were pretty helpful but could not fix the problem so two hours later & several attempts to delete and reload the app were unproductive. It would be nice if there was a way to actually contact tech-support from the app, but of course that would be too convenient I HATE this app about as much as I don't like leaving reviews. As for the Bank, I would tell you to go somewhere else. I got stuck with it when my bank got sold to it and I've hated it ever since. If I didn't have a six figure business in there with multiple accounts, I would probably close it and move it to somewhere else. 09/22/2025 still not working
