Simpler Reminder

A simple reminder which is simpler than creating a reminder with the iOS built-in Reminders app. All that is needed is to set the title and the time of the reminder (and also an optional repeat). The reminder will be added as a reminder to the Reminders app. Very simple & easy to use.
