I didn’t think they could make it worse… but they did!!
I didn’t think they could make the controls any worse, but they actually did! I tried to login and was advised that they were moving to an email system and that I needed to place my email in to receive a code. I did that and the code never arrived. I tried four different times with no success. It is as if they are actually trying to make this the worst program. I really wish there was another program to control my spa instead of this one. This program is absolutely horrible and cannot believe this company is still in business.

Pathetic
It's like buying a car...you pay it in full..then one day they charge you to use it....same concept. We already paid for the hardware. Now we have to pay to use it? Fine you want to be pathetic and charge for remote...fine...but even local connection doesn't work most of the time. Absolutely pathetic
