Excruciatingly Slow - crashes frequently
I use all the South African online retail apps and this is by far the worst. It’s search function is awful. But it’s worst feature is the press and wait and wait and wait on almost any function. I have both 5G and 200Mbs fibre so its not my ISP. Rather choose Sixty60 or PnP apps

Poor design
The app works on and off. The speed of the Internet connectivity in Woolworths shops is so ridiculously slow for a shop that sells supposedly high end products. There is no where in the app where you can contact the management and the vouchers offered are very low inventing of R10 R15 or R20! Very disappointing to have to connect each time and the vouchers are very limited!
