Mobile Deposit Issues
The absolute worst mobile deposit I have ever used. Cannot focus the camera, every image will come out blurry. It’s a one in fifty shot you will be able to make a deposit through the app. This has been an issue for a year and a half now and it’s a waste of my time and the clerks at the bank when I explain to them what has happened. Seriously, make it to where we can focus the camera for a clear picture; this is asinine for a bank to struggle with.
