Great free app
Actually committing to it and using the tools and reminders on the app does help. I’ve now been nicotine free for 8 months. I vaped to quit menthol cigarettes but vaped for years. Now I’m free and that feels pretty awesome.

Awkward, unintuitive
I don’t really find it helpful. I found other things that have been supporting me that better match my needs. I think the most annoying thing is that it is keeping a running count from when I got the app. Not when I quit. And when I open the app, that ongoing count continues from then. Who cares when I bought the app?! When I put in my quit date, I expected the count to be from then. Nope. And to have to delete it and start over seems a lot to do when it could just be a setting. Fortunately other things helped me quit.
