About Taksi Helsinki
Taksi Helsinki app is the easiest, fastest and most reliable way to order a taxi in the Metropolitan area (Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo, Kauniainen).
Right after opening the app, you can order your ride in a matter of seconds. By registering your information, you gain access to handy extra features, such as card payment via the app and email receipts.
The app can be used anywhere in the Metropolitan area and locates you automatically. After placing your order, you receive all the necessary information about your ride including the taxi number, car model and your driver's phone number. You can also see the estimated time of arrival and the location of your taxi in real-time on the map screen.
Downloading and using the application is free. There is no extra charge for making basic taxi orders (note that certain features such as pre-orders and some extra services have an additional cost). You can choose to pay for the ride when arriving at the destination or via automatic card payment. With the latter, you receive the receipt to your email – or can have it delivered directly to your accountant via ReceiptHero service.
