UI overhaul
The app does what it needs to, but the UX of it is bothersome and extraneous. I think this app would improve massively if it was designed similarly to how Revolut is. Revolut feels as smooth as going through social media, but still has all the necessary security measures. Simply sending money to someone is incrediblyyyy long, I have to check things multiple times when I already checked them moments ago. It’s just unnecessary. Lastly there could be so many more features introduced, like a saving pockets system similar to Revolut, an actual readable and intuitive metric to show your spending and etc.

Banking for the 20th century
Nothing is easy with boi. The app seems to be designed and maintained by developers who have been given no authority by the ceo to make life easy for customers. As is evident by the ratings the app gets.
