Log in issue
I haven’t been able to login into my app for over a month now. I have called several times and went through all the steps provided to try and get access to it and still nothing has worked. Was told a ticket was put in for the developers of the app to address it but still nothing. They switched me to the new app because the old one messed up initially then after a few months it stop working for me and I was told to come back to this app and it’s not allowing me to login into any of the platforms not matter what I do. Was told it was be 72 hours when I got some answers and nope it’s been over a month
