Not receiving notifications
I currently am not receiving notifications of charges made to my account despite the fact that the app says I’m receiving all notifications available. This is not acceptable. Please correct this as soon as possible. Thank you.

Got yelled at by customer service
I have been getting error messages on the app on both my iPhone and iPad that appear before I am even given the option to enter in any login information. When I called the customer service line to try to resolve this, the woman raised her voice at me and kept insisting that I just needed to change my password even though the error message would appear as soon as I opened the app on both of my devices. She continued to raise her voice, yelling the phrase "it's really not that deep" and would not allow me to speak to anyone else until I expressed that I felt uncomfortable. Even when I was handed off to another woman, she kept having me repeat the same steps and said that I should contact Apple about the issue, even though I am also unable to access the site through my PC. I understand that this is a local bank, but this experience was awful and I still don't have access to online banking. I just wanted to see if my last paycheck had gone through.
